ICAT Expands, Relocates Company Headquarters to Larger Office Space
BOULDER, CO – (November 3, 2014) – ICAT is pleased to announce a relocation of its corporate office from Boulder, Colorado, to Broomfield, Colorado later this month. Boulder Claims, a subsidiary of ICAT, also will be moving to the new office.
“ICAT has continued to post double-digit growth over the past few years and has simply run out of space,” said Gregory Butler, President of ICAT. “Our new location positions ICAT for future expansion and enables the company to access additional talent in the Denver Metro Area.”
Derek Cochems, Chief Financial Officer of ICAT, is overseeing the new facility build and the move to Broomfield. “The new 37,000-square-foot space will provide ICAT with the space needed to continue its strong growth,” Cochems said.
ICAT is a leading provider of property insurance to businesses and residences in catastrophe-exposed regions of the United States, has 182 employees and has served more than 345,700 customers in 38 states. ICAT has additional offices in Tampa, Florida, and Honolulu, Hawaii. ICAT continues to expand through new products such as its Residential Earthquake product in California, which helps homeowners protect their largest asset in the event of an earthquake.
