Moratorium Issued for California Flood Coverage
​​​​​Effective Friday, March 7, 2024, ICAT partially lifted the commercial new business flood moratorium for the state of California.

The following counties in California remain in a flood moratorium:
Calaveras
Fresno
Kern
Kings
Madera
Mariposa
Merced
San Joaquin
Stanislaus
Tulare
Tuolumne

Moratorium Issued for Maui
Effective Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 12:30 PM HST, ICAT will implement a new business moratorium for AOP Coverage for the island of Maui, HI.
