ICAT Awarded Top Workplace in Denver for Fourth Consecutive Year

Broomfield, CO (April 20, 2018)– ICAT, a highly specialized and innovative provider of catastrophe insurance coverage, has been named one of the best places to work in the Denver Metro area. This award marks the fourth consecutive year ICAT has been recognized as a Top Workplace in The Denver Post.

“The core of ICAT’s success has always been and always will continue to be the amazing people who drive our business forward,” said Gregory Butler, ICAT President and CEO. “Our team’s commitment was never more evident than when we were able to deliver on our promise and help families and business owners recover from2017 Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.”

ICAT, which provides catastrophe insurance coverage to homeowners and business owners, serving more than 90,000 customers across the country, ranked 20th among midsize companies. “We are honored to find ourselves on this distinguished list four years in a row. To be a Top Workplace, organizations are evaluated on meaningful aspects of workplace culture. Who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day—our talented employees. Our employees have confirmed that what matters most is a strong belief in where the organization is going, how we are going to get there, and that everyone is on the journey together,” said Butler. “ICAT would not be where it is today if it weren’t for our passionate and driven employees who tirelessly work to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.”

The award is based upon employee surveys collected and analyzed by Energage LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics). This year marks a record participation for this award program with over 226 Colorado companies taking the survey. The Denver Post published the complete list of Top Workplaces on April 20th, 2018.
