Carie Ferdani, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Ferdani has over twenty years of project management, operational and change management experience. Prior to ICAT, she served as a Program Manager within the Capital Markets group of GMAC-Rescap where she was recognized and rewarded for exceptional leadership and quality commitment. As Chief Operating Office, Ms. Ferdani is responsible Underwriting Operations, ICAT’s Inspections Business Unit and the Information Technology group. In addition, Ms. Ferdani is responsible for the oversight and project management of various strategic initiatives.

Ms. Ferdani holds a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from Creighton University and a Masters of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
