Claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ICAT prides itself in our in-house, experienced claims team, Boulder Claims. With a focus on the policyholder, claims and underwriting work together to provide the best customer experience for prompt and fair outcomes.

How to Report a Claim

  • Claims may be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • The producer or the policyholder may report a loss
  • Losses should be reported as soon as possible
  • ICAT claims are managed by Boulder Claims, a wholly owned subsidiary of ICAT
  • If your claim results in a payment, you may be eligible to receive it electronically—sometimes as soon as the same day it is issued.
