Effective Monday, September 9th at 5 PM EDT, ICAT will implement a Commercial and Residential Wind New business Moratorium for Tropical Storm Francine in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi and the following zip codes in the state of Alabama: Dauphin Island - 36528, Gulf Shores - 36542, and Orange Beach - 36561.
