Founded in 2005, Boulder Claims is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICAT and provides comprehensive claims services on claims from policies underwritten by ICAT.

Boulder Claims provides nationwide, third-party claims administrative (TPA) services for multiple lines of coverage including commercial property, commercial general liability, and residential property and liability claims. We have more than 450 years combine experience among our staff of supervisors, examiners and large loss specialists who efficiently manage all commercial and residential claims. Our service is seamless through the use of our state-of-the-art electronic claims administrative technology.

Boulder Claims currently provides claims administration and adjusting services to numerous Lloyd’s syndicates and domestic insurance companies that underwritten by ICAT.

Boulder Claims by the Numbers

In its short history, Boulder Claims has successfully adjusted and settled more than 43,000 commercial and residential claims including catastrophe claims, issued over $3.4B in payments to restore insureds’ lives and businesses and handled over 70 events, including Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan, Jean, Wilma, Katrina, Ike, Sandy Harvey, Irma, Michael, and Ian.
