The Denver Post Named ICAT Top Workplace in Denver - Three Years in a Row

Broomfield, CO (April 10, 2017)– ICAT has been awarded the 2017 Top Workplaces honor in the Denver Metro area for the third year in a row. ICAT is a highly specialized and disciplined underwriter of residential and commercial properties in catastrophe-exposed regions of the United States.

To be considered for this award, companies were measured on characteristics including alignment, execution and connection, based on the feedback of their own employees. Over 48,000 Denver-area employees participated in this year’s employee feedback survey, which was conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health, employee engagement and workplace improvement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs across the country among various major publishing partners.
