Glen Czaplewski
Senior Vice President, Operations Leader
Mr. Czaplewski has over 15 years of insurance industry experience leading complex and strategic initiatives. Before assuming his current role as Operations Leader in 2024 he served in key roles in both Project and Product Management where he was a key contributor to the launch of Victor Insurance Exchange, Victor Access, and ICAT’s now dormant residential earthquake product.
Outside of ICAT, Mr. Czaplewski worked in the tech sector, for local government, and as a regulatory consultant in the agricultural industry.
Mr. Czaplewski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Wyoming.
