Senior Vice President - Business Initiatives Management
Sarah has over 20 years of experience leading complex strategic initiative delivery. Sarah manages a team of project managers and analysts across ICAT and Victor US and partners with leaders in both businesses to implement strategic initiatives and identify creative business solutions.
Prior to her time at ICAT and Victor US, Sarah worked for Battelle Memorial Institute managing the design, development, and manufacturing of military avionics components, supported by her time in the military as a Crew Chief and aircraft mechanic.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin University.
