Catastrophe Resources and Information

Active Moratoriums

Commercial Flood New Business Moratorium Issued for the Pacific Northwest

Effective Thursday, November 21 at 11:00 AM PST, ICAT will implement a new business moratorium the following counties in following states:

California: Del Norte, Humboldt, Mendocino, Siskiyou, and Trinity

Oregon: Benton, Clackamas, Clatsop, Columbia, Coos, Curry, Douglas, Hood River, Jackson, Josephine, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Washington, and Yamhill

Washington: Clallam, Clark, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Jefferson, King, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum, and Whatcom

 

The following counties in California remain in a flood moratorium: Calaveras, Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare, and Tuolumne.
