If you're having issues with your one-time code not working, try clearing your cache and cookies in your browser: Select ctrl shift delete on the keyboard, select to clear cached images and files/cookies, close the browser entire, wait a minute, re-open the browser and try again.

Google Chrome
Open Chrome.
Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and click Privacy and security.
Click Clear browsing data.
In the dialog box, select the Time range (e.g., Last hour, 24 hours, All time).
Check the box for Cached images and files (you can also select other data to clear).
Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox.
Click the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Go to Privacy & Security panel.
Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
Click Clear Data.
Check Cached Web Content (and optionally Cookies).
Click Clear.
Microsoft Edge
Open Edge.
Click the three horizontal dots (menu) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy, search, and services.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
