Builders Risk Coverage Details

Coverage: Admitted with an A++ rated carrier

Limits: Residential and commercial projects up to $8M for frame & joisted masonry, and up to $15M for non-combustible, masonry non-combustible, and fire resistive

Minimum Premium: $400

Coastal risks: Nothing within 1,000 ft of the coast from Texas to North Carolina

Earthquake: No zone 1, California, or high-risk areas in the NW

Term length: 3 - 24+ months (no fixed term)

Availability: All states except HI and AK

Target Markets: Residential and commercial construction (office buildings, warehouses, municipal buildings, restaurants, shopping center complexes etc.), residential/commercial remodeling, installation floaters and more.

Deductibles: $1,000+ AOP, Wind deductibles based on county
