Robby Horner, Senior Vice President ICAT Online

Mr. Horner has over 15 years of commercial property insurance experience. Robby began his insurance career in finance, gaining extensive FP&A experience. Subsequently transferring to ICAT’s product team, Mr. Horner has held various responsibilities as a Product Analyst and Product Manager. During this time, Mr. Horner was responsible for the overall profitability and underwriting performance of over $65B of deployed capacity. In his current position he oversees all elements of ICAT’s online policy administration platform that is widely regarded as the best in the catastrophic property insurance space. In addition, Mr. Horner is a leading proponent of technical innovation and is committed to utilizing modern tools to help revolutionize the insurance industry and the way it serves customers.

Mr. Horner has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Management from the University of Colorado. Multiple publications have recognized him as a top young talent in the insurance industry, including Business Insurance and Insurance Insider US.
